Spiral Gymnastics

The Saturday parent and child session is now back to its regular 9.30-10.30am slot. We hope you can join us in coming weeks.

There will be no gymnastic sessions on Monday 7th of May due to the bank holiday. Recreational sessions will be made up on Monday 23rd July. Have a lovely bank holiday weekend!

Two additional recreational class times will be added to the schedule in the new term after Easter. Starting the week beginning the 16th April there will be a class on the Thursday from 4.00 – 5.00pm and a class on Saturday morning from 10.30 – 11.30am.

We are currently offering a special deal for our Easter Camp day sessions on Monday 2nd, Thursday 5th and Friday 13th April:

Book your gymnasts place before Friday 30th March and receive an extra place for FREE! Due to the age ranges for each day camp the free place is permitted for any of the sessions and the lower priced session is free.

We now have Zumba and Bokwa classes starting in the dance studio!

The first session for the Bokwa Zumba is a free taster session on Wednesday 4th April from 6.00 7.00pm. Come and give it a go!

This class will now be at 9.30 – 10.30am as of Saturday 10th March. This is following feedback from parents who requested the class to be earlier in the morning.

Spiral Gymnastics Club will be running Easter camps during the school holidays. These are for those new to gymnastics and for those who have tried it before. As well as gymnastics, the sessions will include games, activities and Easter Egg Hunts. Gymnasts will need to bring drinks and a packed lunch for the session.

The sessions available are as follows:

Monday 2nd April; 10am – 1pm, 4/5/6 year olds, £25

Thursday 5th April; 10am – 2pm, 7/8/9 year olds, £30

Friday 13th April; 10am – 2pm, 10/11/12 year olds, £30

The Teen class is now for ages 12 – 17 years. This class is for all abilities, from those who have previously trained as gymnasts to absolute beginners. The class is very relaxed and each individual chooses how much and which skills they would like to do each week.

Our GymTots class, for 3 and 4 year olds, is starting on Friday 13th January at 9.30 – 10.15am. Please email (enquiries@spiralgym.co.uk) if you would like a place within this class.
