Our parent and child gym sessions are a great way to introduce children to gymnastics in a fun and relaxed setting. Our sessions are suitable for children from birth up to four years old.
To ensure safety and prevent injuries, we use a large amount of matting. This provides a safe environment for young gymnasts to explore. In addition to mats, we also have a variety of soft play and pre-school equipment set-up for these sessions. To further ensure safety, a member of our coaching team will supervise the session at all times.
Our sessions involve you and your child to explore the surroundings. This offers a three-dimensional learning experience that will help build motor skills development, spatial awareness, cooperation and much more. So why not come and join us to make new friends, try new things and help develop your child’s self-confidence!
A safe and fun gymnastics session for ages 0-4
Birth to age 2: It’s never too early for your little one to start learning and have some fun! From baby to toddler, our sessions promote early development skill such as muscle control and motor skill development. Not only that, but our sessions also provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical first years. And since you’re along for the ride, you’ll be right there to celebrate every discovery with smiles and hugs.
Ages 3 to 4: Watch your child go from cartwheels and rolly pollies to confidence with lots of giggles along the way. Help your child channel their boundless energy and reach developmental milestones. Get your child moving to build strength, flexibility and coordination.
Don’t worry – our parent and child gymnastics sessions aren’t just exciting for children! These sessions offer the perfect way to socialise with like-minded parents, as well as watch your child grow.
